To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what assessment he has made of evidence from the Herchel Smith Professor of Intellectual Property at the University of Cambridge on the potential effects on education, cultural establishments and business of the repeal of section 52 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
