To ask the Secretary of State for Health what proportion of clinical commissioning groups have been judged to have limited capacity to perform to the required standard to date.

The authorisation process is still under way for all 211 applicant clinical commissioning groups, and the results will not be known until the NHS Commissioning Board takes its final decisions.
