To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs who his Department (a) has and (b) plans to consult on its supplementary guidance for mandatory greenhouse gas reporting.

Officials are currently engaging with a number of companies and trade associations to understand where supplementary guidance would be useful. We will consult informally on guidance with companies affected by the proposed regulation.
