To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will bring forward legislative proposals under which companies avoiding UK taxes would not be eligible to receive any public grants and subsidies.

The Government are committed to ensuring that firms that procure Government contracts pay a fair amount of tax. HM Revenue and Customs and the Cabinet Office have been tasked to work together on a practical approach to this and further detail will be set out later this year.
