To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many immigrants who were ordered to be deported were not deported on human rights grounds in each of the last five years.

The data requested are not held in a format compatible with National Statistics protocols, or produced as part of the UK Border Agency's standard reports.

The Home Office publishes immigration statistics annually and quarterly, which are available from the Home Office Research and Statistics website. This includes information on removals. The latest statistics can be found in the Library of the House as well as on the following website:
