To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects the process to replace the Financial Services Authority with successor bodies to be completed.
The Government's intention is for the new regulatory authorities to be in place in early 2013. This is dependent on the Bill receiving Royal Assent at the end of 2012, which will be subject to the parliamentary timetable.
