We will be consulting this summer on the technical details of the Business Rates Retention arrangements, including tariff and top-up proposals. This consultation will build on the proposals in the Government's response to consultation published in December 2011. We will set out our final proposals for which local authorities will be tariff and top-up in the provisional 2013-14 Local Government Finance settlement later this year.
