To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if she will estimate the average change in the level of benefits for disability allowance claimants in Wales up to 2015.
I have been asked to reply on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.
Benefit expenditure forecasts, which include disability living allowance, are produced only at Great Britain level; these are published at:
Disability living allowance is uprated by consumer prices index (CPI).
