Although issues relating to human trafficking are now a devolved matter I have discussed this subject with Mr David Ford, the Minister of Justice in Northern Ireland on a number of occasions. I have also facilitated a number of meetings on the issue between Mr Ford and other interested parties, including the Irish Government, which led to the establishment by the NI Executive of an All Party Group on human trafficking.
