I have been asked to reply on behalf of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

The coalition agreement sets out the Government's commitment to ensure that

“UK Trade and Investment and the UK Export Finance (listed as Export Credits Guarantee DepartmentECGD) become champions for British companies that develop and export innovative green technologies around the world, instead of supporting investment in dirty fossil-fuel energy production”.

The Government will make further announcements on implementation of this commitment in due course.
