To ask the Secretary of State for Education how many disciplinary procedures have been brought against (a) special advisers and (b) civil servants in his Department regarding the use of private emails, IT security or data protection in the last 12 months.

In the last 12 months there have been less than five disciplinary procedures against civil servants, regarding the use of private emails, IT security or data protection.
