To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Olympics, Media and Sport what steps he is taking to implement superfast broadband in (a) the South East and (b) Mid Sussex constituency.

The Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport has approved the all local broadband plans covering the South East of England, including the plan covering Sussex. East Sussex has been allocated £10.64 million and West Sussex will receive £6.26 million in funding.

Broadband Delivery UK are supporting the project teams to prepare for procurement and will continue to support them throughout the process.
