The community payback scheme is currently delivered by probation trusts in England and Wales. The number of community payback work projects completed each year is not recorded by the National Offender Management Service. Thames Valley Probation Trust has informed officials that 15 community payback work projects have been completed in the Reading East constituency since July 2010.
