To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether for the purposes of the UK Border Agency visa requirements an Israeli citizen resident in an Israeli settlement in the occupied Palestinian Territories is considered legally resident in Israel or the Palestinian Authority.
Israeli citizens who hold valid travel documents and meet the requirements of the immigration rules are allowed to enter the UK regardless of their area of residence.
