To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many cases of bullying and harassment have been sent to the Service Complaints Commissioner by disabled members of the armed forces in the last 12 months.

This information is not held in the format requested. The Service Complaints Commissioner's Report for 2011 has been placed in the Library of the House and states that 100 potential service complaints for bullying and harassment were submitted during that year. However, the figures do not distinguish between able bodied and disabled complainants.
