To ask Her Majesty's Government whether the proposals in relation to directors' pay announced by the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills on 20 June will apply to all listed companies or only to those in the FTSE-100 index, as suggested by Baroness Wilcox on 20 June (Official Report, col. 1779).

The reforms will apply to all UK incorporated, listed companies, of which there are around 1,000.
