To ask Her Majesty's Government whether self-employed Romanian and Bulgarian nationals who are unemployed and who have consequently lost the right to reside in the United Kingdom, as they are no longer self-sufficient, continue to be eligible for housing benefit.

Self-employed Romanian and Bulgarian nationals who no longer have the right to reside as a self-employed person and are unemployed are not eligible for housing benefit or any other income-related benefits.
