To ask the Secretary of State for International Development what criteria he will use to judge the success of the Family Planning Summit in July.

Success will ultimately be judged in 2020 when we can assess whether millions more women in the world's poorest countries have access to family planning.

On the day of the summit, we will judge success by whether we put family planning back on the international development agenda as a life-saving intervention.
