To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many family migration cases transferred to Sheffield when the UK Border Agency offices in Croydon closed (a) remain under active consideration and (b) have yet to be allocated to a caseworker.

The data requested are not held in a format compatible with National Statistics protocols, or produced as part of the UK Border Agency's standard reports.

However the UK Border Agency publishes immigration statistics in relation to family migration on a quarterly and annual basis, a copy of which can be found at:
