The Department for Culture, Media and Sport has guidance for staff on managing and supporting mental health in the workplace, as well as an Employee Assistance Programme provider offering confidential advice on a range of health and other issues. In addition, the Department held a ‘Well-being at Work’ week earlier this year, which included a presentation from the Civil Service Benevolent Fund (now the Charity for the Civil Service) focusing on raising awareness of mental health issues in the workplace.
