To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when she plans to bring forward legislative proposals following the publication of her Department's White Paper entitled, “Putting Victims First: More Effective Responses to Anti-Social Behaviour”.

We will set out plans to bring forward legislation on more effective powers to tackle antisocial behaviour, including plans for pre-legislative scrutiny, in due course.
