To ask the Secretary of State for Justice how he plans to ensure a minimum quality standard across the UK when victims' services are locally commissioned.

The consultation, ‘Getting it Right for Victims and Witnesses' closed on 22 April. We are currently considering the responses received, which included comments on minimum standards for victims' services, and the Government response to the consultation will be published soon.
