To ask the Secretary of State for Health which regulations affecting his Department have been (a) abolished and (b) revised as part of the Red Tape Challenge.

The Department has not yet abolished or revised any regulations as part of the Red Tape Challenge (RTC). However, the Department has already launched the Medicines RTC theme in March 2012, and an announcement on the outcome will follow in due course.
