To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills with reference to the answer of 1 May 2012, Official Report, column 1398W, on higher education: devolution, if he will give further details of the issues raised by his colleagues in devolved institutions on Tier 2 visas.

Ministerial colleagues with responsibility for higher education in the devolved Administrations raise a range of issues including the need to ensure Britain continues to attract overseas students which is why there is no cap on their numbers.
