To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what discussions she has had with Welsh Government Ministers on the Green Paper on Future Electoral Arrangements for the National Assembly for Wales; and if she will make a statement.

The Secretary of State for Wales, my right hon. Friend Mrs Gillan, published the Green Paper on future electoral arrangements on 21 May. She has spoken to all four party leaders in the Assembly, including the First Minister, about it.
