To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change what discussions he has had with private energy sector investors about the appropriate body to act as the counterparty for the feed-in tariffs with contracts for difference as set out in the draft energy Bill.
The Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change regularly meets with energy sector stakeholders. As part of discussions on Electricity Market Reform, the counterparty arrangements under Contracts for Difference has been raised.
