To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many complaints were received about the level and quality of service at authorised testing centres in each of the last five years.

For the purpose of the response we have taken “authorised testing centres” to mean authorised testing facilities (ATFs) which are privately owned testing stations.
Vehicle and Operator Services Agency has received one complaint about the level of service at an ATF and this was in 2012.
