To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change how much carbon dioxide will be prevented from entering the atmosphere as a result of the proposed Yorkshire and Humber Carbon Capture, Transportation and Storage Project on average each year; and what proportion of the UK annual carbon dioxide emission this represents.
