To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many (a) males and (b) females were (i) arrested and (ii) prosecuted for an offence committed on premises occupied by Essex Police Authority in each of the last five years for which information is available; how many were (A) convicted and (B) acquitted in each case; and if she will make a statement.
