To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether the Minister without Portfolio has been given official responsibilities by his Department.
As a Cabinet Minister, the Minister without Portfolio represents the UK Government when on official visits abroad as part of the Government's work to enhance bilateral relations and support foreign policy objectives.
