To ask Her Majesty's Government what percentage and number of pensioners will no longer be entitled to claim top-up social security payments after the introduction of the proposed flat rate old age state pension.

The Budget 2012 confirmed that the single-tier pension will be set above the basic level of the means test to help ensure that people can save for their retirement with confidence.
