To ask the Secretary of State for International Development how much was spent on the administration of his Department in (a) 2009-10, (b) 2010-11 and (c) 2011-12.
DFID's annual report and accounts show the following administration expenditure for the years ended

Like all Government Departments DFID are required to make administration savings of one third of their core administration budget across spending review 2010, which covers the period 2010-11 to 2014-15.
