To ask the Secretary of State for Justice with reference to Article 4 of EU Council Framework Decision 2005/214/JHA, how many final decisions requiring a financial penalty to be paid by a natural or legal person the UK has (a) transmitted to and (b) received from other EU member states in each year since 2005; and how many such decisions were enforced.

The first cases to be sent to and received from member states were in 2010.

The difference in the overall numbers of incoming orders and the above will be those that where rejected and returned back to the member states.
