To ask Her Majesty's Government whether the volcano on Tristan da Cunha is currently stable.

The volcano is classed as active but there has been no observed activity since a small underwater eruption in 2004. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office continues to work with the Tristan authorities to monitor the situation.
