To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many households in Lancashire he expects to participate in the New Build indemnity scheme.
We have made provision to help up to 100,000 home buyers secure higher loan to value mortgages in England for new build properties. It will be for potential homebuyers in each local area to decide which mortgages and properties are right for them.
