To ask the Secretary of State for Health whether any (a) Chief Executives, (b) Chairs or (c) Board members of an NHS Trust in London are paid by means of payments to a limited company in lieu of a salary; and if he will make a statement.

The arrangements for paying executive and non-executive directors in national health service trusts are matters for the trusts themselves and their independent remuneration committees. Trusts are required to disclose the remuneration of their board members in their annual accounts.
