To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what the average cost was of obtaining a disqualification (a) order and (b) undertaking for a period of disqualification of (i) one to five, (ii) six to 10 and (iii) 11 to 15 years, in each of the last five years.

Statistics are not maintained for the "average cost" of obtaining disqualification orders or undertakings and the costs of collating them would be disproportionate.
