To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what assets his Department owns in Birmingham; and what the book value is of each such asset.

The Department for Communities and Local Government leases two buildings in Birmingham. They are: 5 St Philips Place, Colmore Row and 77 Paradise Circus. The leases for both properties are rack-rented operating leases and as such they have no asset value to the Department.
