To ask Her Majesty's Government what is the timetable for consultation on the future of the Human Tissue Authority and the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority following the passing of the Public Bodies Act 2011.

We intend to publish the consultation on where the functions of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority and the Human Tissue Authority are best transferred shortly.
