To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change what estimate he has made of the number of pensioners who will receive the guaranteed £120 rebate on their energy bills under the warm home discount scheme in each (a) region, (b) local authority and (c) parliamentary constituency.

More than 600,000 of the poorest pensioners will receive a core group discount of £120 on their electricity bills this winter. Regional, local authority, or constituency breakdowns for these data are not available.
