I referred to a package of UK support to help Africa adapt to the impacts of climate change and move to low carbon development paths in a speech at the Grantham Institute on 24 November 2011. I announced the full details of this package in Durban on 6 December 2011.

The package is all funded out of an existing funding commitment—the UK's £2.9 billion International Climate Fund, which was announced in the 2010 spending review.
