Budget 2011 announced that air passenger duty would be frozen for 2011-12 and the RPI increase assumed in the Office for Budget Responsibility's (OBR) forecast would be implemented from 1 April 2012. The Autumn Statement of 29 November confirmed the rates for 2012-13. The published rates are available on the HM Treasury website at:
