To ask the Secretary of State for Education what proportion of (a) looked after children and (b) other children gained five GCSEs or equivalent at grades A* to C in each of the last five years for (i) the borough of Wirral and (ii) the North West region; and how many of those included GCSEs or equivalent in English and mathematics.
