To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what steps his Department is taking to ensure social value is included when services are commissioned by (a) his Department and (b) its public bodies; and if he will make a statement.

The Northern Ireland Office uses approved public procurement policies to achieve the most advantageous combination of cost, quality and sustainability to meet the Department's requirements.

My Department does not have executive agencies.
