To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills how many institutions have set tuition fees below £9,000.

Of the 149 institutions that have submitted access agreements to the Office for Fair Access (OFFA), there are 143 with estimated average tuition fees less than £9,000 (96%) after fee waivers.
