To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what estimate he has made of the likely change in (a) benefits expenditure and (b) number of claimants for each benefit for which his Department is responsible during the forecast period.

The latest forecasts of benefit expenditure, which are consistent with the 2011 Autumn Statement have been published at the following address:
