To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by Baroness Wilcox on 29 November (WA 42), whether they will ask HM ambassadors to European Union countries, after the implementation date of 5 December, to compile a list of how each country has transposed the directive on temporary agency workers; whether they will publish that list; and whether their understanding is still that the majority will have done so on the basis of day one equal treatment rights.

The Government will be asking our embassies in EU member states, in early 2012, to provide detail on how the agency workers directive has been implemented in each member state.
