To ask Her Majesty's Government what discussions have taken place between Ministers in the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and representatives of the Local Government Association to identify ways of dealing with the impact of spending cuts on locally-funded arts activities.

The Minister for Culture, Communications and Creative Industries holds meetings every three months with councillor Chris White of the Local Government Association to discuss a range of subjects including arts activities.
