To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills whether due diligence tests are conducted before Regional Growth Fund grants are approved.

Due diligence tests are carried out on all bids that have been given conditional allocations of funding from the Regional Growth Fund (RGF). Final approval of RGF awards is subject to that due diligence being satisfactorily completed.
