To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change what recent estimate his Department has made of the number of domestic properties without double glazing.

The latest English Housing Survey report, published in July 2011, shows that in 2009 only 9% of English homes had no double glazing at all, and only 27% were without full double glazing:
